“Anger is a normal human emotion. It can become destructive when it is not managed well. By applying the internal process of healing anger methods, one can restore the harmony and creativity in one’s life. Life is filled with many unpredictable circumstances. We can't change all of them; yet we can change the way how they affect us.” Zachoeje Rinpoche

Rinpoche will lead this workshop on healing anger techniques that have been taught by legendary Buddhist masters. The workshop will include guided meditations and mantras.
