The Tsok offering puja is a ceremony that involves making offerings of food and drink to the Buddha, the Bodhisattvas and our spiritual Gurus in conjunction with prayers, chanting, and meditation. The ceremony is an excellent method of accumulating merit, purifying negativity, and giving and receiving blessings. The Tsok offering is important for renewing commitments and averting obstacles. It is a special method through which we come under the care and guidance of the Dakas and Dakinis who bestow completion stage realizations.

The practice of Yamantaka, which helps us overcome and transform the delusion of anger, belongs to the highest class of Yoga Tantra. Yamantaka, the Diamond Terrifier, is the wrathful enlightened form of Manjushri. Wrathful meditation practice is a powerful and skillful means to transform destructive habitual patterns.
